Supported Employment/Personalized Day Support Services
At Jay Nolan Community Services, our Supported Employment and Personalized Day Support programs are together for a reason. At JNCS, employment is the highest priority for all people! We believe that everyone should have a job that they love and find fulfilling with earned income and valued social roles. Our Personalized Day Support services are meant to be a compliment to employment, not a substitute. So, if an individual works 20 hours a week, Personalized Day Support would provide services around the hours of employment and then assist the person to find volunteer work, attend school, and considering opening up their own business.

We do this by providing coaching, assistance, mentoring, financial planning and benefits management, and accessing public and private resources.

Supported living ... assisting people to live in their own homes.
People with developmental disabilities have the right to access assistance and supports, and have the ability to contribute to their respective communities. We stand by this belief by offering specific, personalized supported living service to people with all types of disabilities, so that everyone may live in their own homes and be active community members. Support is specific for each individual’s needs, interests, and desires. Support is provided in whatever intensity, duration and frequency required.
