As\u00ed naci\u00f3 el Open Advocacy Forum.<\/p>\n<h4>El Foro de Incidencia Abierta: C\u00f3mo Comenz\u00f3<\/h4>\n<p>Durante muchos a\u00f1os, el personal de JNCS ha auspiciado y organizado una reuni\u00f3n de promoci\u00f3n trimestral. En agosto de 2018, se invit\u00f3 a un gran grupo de autogestores a debatir el futuro de este grupo. En la reuni\u00f3n, las personas compartieron sus experiencias con la autodefensa y hablaron sobre lo que les gustaba de las reuniones y lo que podr\u00eda mejorarse. Al final de la reuni\u00f3n, un peque\u00f1o grupo de autogestores se ofreci\u00f3 como voluntario para formar parte de un equipo de liderazgo que planificar\u00eda, organizar\u00eda y organizar\u00eda reuniones m\u00e1s grandes abiertas a todas las personas que reciben servicios en JNCS, as\u00ed como a su personal.<\/p>\n<p>Este peque\u00f1o grupo se reuni\u00f3 por primera vez en septiembre de 2018 e incluy\u00f3 a 8 autogestores que se ofrecieron como voluntarios para asumir varios roles de liderazgo. Durante esta reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n decidieron que votar\u00edan para tomar decisiones y que las reuniones estar\u00edan abiertas solo para las personas del equipo de liderazgo. Votaron que el personal de apoyo directo all\u00ed para apoyar a los autogestores individuales no votar\u00eda, pero podr\u00eda ofrecer ideas, sugerencias y asistencia durante las reuniones.
