Los lattes de calabaza con especias, chai, caramelo de manzana y arce son deliciosos, pero muchas de estas bebidas de cafeter\u00eda contienen tanta az\u00facar refinada como un postre y grasas saturadas de la leche o la crema batida.<\/p>\n<p>Si te encantan estas bebidas pero quieres cuidarte, estos consejos te ayudar\u00e1n:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n debe vigilar la grasa saturada?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personas con antecedentes de enfermedad card\u00edaca, colesterol alto o presi\u00f3n arterial alta.<\/li>\n<li>Personas con diabetes o prediabetes.<\/li>\n<li>Quienes controlan su peso o consumo de calor\u00edas.<\/li>\n<li>Quien busque un estilo de vida m\u00e1s saludable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Consejos para reducir la grasa saturada y el az\u00facar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pide leche descremada, de almendra u otra leche vegetal en lugar de leche entera o crema.<\/li>\n<li>Pide menos jarabe o sin jarabe; una bebida mediana puede tener entre 8 y 13 cucharaditas de az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Omite la crema batida y agrega espuma de leche o canela espolvoreada.<\/li>\n<li>Elige el tama\u00f1o m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o disponible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Opciones de sabor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Pumpkin Spice:<\/em> para disfrutar del sabor a calabaza sin tanta az\u00facar, pide la mitad de jarabe y leche descremada. Usa un batidor para crear espuma ligera.<\/li>\n<li>Vierte el caf\u00e9 caliente en una taza y luego incorpora la mezcla de leche especiada. Espolvorea m\u00e1s especias si lo deseas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n en el microondas<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Combina la leche y el pur\u00e9 de calabaza en una taza apta para microondas.
