At JNCS the main day to day support is provided in people’s homes, at work sites, and in the community supporting over 1000 individuals through our programs; Supported Living, Employment Services and Family Support Services. In order for our organization to support people in these ways, it is the responsibility of the Administrative Team to work in the background and make sure that all infrastructure is in place which will allow the people on the front line to do their job. We need to perform a myriad of functions to keep things moving forward (e.g. recruitment, payroll, billing, working with different shareholders, etc.). Often people don’t see the work that is performed by the Administrative Team (out of sight and behind the scenes). Our primary function is to keep things moving in the right direction so that people’s lives continue to thrive.
