Neerod Haddad has been with Jay Nolan Community Services (JNCS) since 2009. Before JNCS, Neerod worked in non-profit management for over five years. This work is close to her heart as her brother and numerous family members have disabilities. Neerod began her journey at JNCS as a supervisor. She quickly fell in love with advocating for the endless movement to support and empower people to live the lives they desire and deserve. Neerod graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge.
