My journey as an advocate began early on as a member of the Deaf Community. As a person who is Hard-of Hearing I understand the importance of finding a place in this world. Today I am passionate about advocacy, and conversations that move the needle towards human dignity and respect. I am honored to be a part of the Jay Nolan team creating safe and inclusive spaces that celebrate the lives of diverse people everywhere.
