Meet our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) provides inclusive, person-centered nutrition support for individuals supported by Jay Nolan Community Services. Our in-house RDN works alongside individuals and their support staff to promote health, autonomy and confidence in making food and nutrition choices that align with each person's preferences, needs, and goals.

Customized Support for Unique Nutrition Needs

Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities often experience unique nutrition related challenges, including limited access to nutrition education, medication related side effects, food selectivity and barriers to independent meal planning. Our RDN offers her expertise to navigate these complex needs, helps bridge gaps in care and creates sustainable nutrition strategies that honor each person's preferences, lifestyle and abilities.
