Machine-readable files

Website Policies

Pursuant to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, third-party developers may access Kaiser Permanenteā€™s machine-readable JSON files, including plans.json, drugs.json, and providers.json, using the links below.

This information is offered in the format required by CMS and/or applicable state law, with separate files for each state (within our service areas) that is required to provide such files. Software developers may use these files to build tools that help local consumers better understand their care options. Kaiser Permanente has used all reasonable efforts to deliver accurate and current data as of the date noted on each file.

NOTE:Ā These files are not intended for direct consumer use. Consumers should refer to their health plan coverage materials, or use the Kaiser Permanente online formulary and provider directory, to learn about their benefits, medications, and providers (doctors and hospitals), respectively.
