Jay Nolan Community Services offers a wide range of programs designed to empower neurodiverse individuals and their families. From building life skills to achieving employment success, our services are tailored to support independence, inclusion, and personal growth. Adaptive Skills Training services are designed to empower neurodiverse children and adults to enhance their independence. This service focuses on equipping individuals with the necessary skills to navigate daily tasks, promote self-sufficiency, and foster greater community integration.
Independent Living Skills (ILS) is designed to provide neurodiverse adults with the tools and resources to live and work independently in their local communities. This service is aimed at adults that are currently living in or will be moving out into their own homes, or want to become more independent while living in the family home.
Self-Determination Program and Waiver-Eligible Services allow individuals (or their parents or legal representatives) the freedom to choose the support services/provider that meet the needs of their person-centered plan.
