Jay Nolan Community Services offers a wide range of programs designed to empower neurodiverse individuals and their families. From building life skills to achieving employment success, our services are tailored to support independence, inclusion, and personal growth. We offer Supported Living Services to neurodiverse individuals so that everyone may live in their own homes and live a valued life in the community. are offered for as long and as often as needed, with the flexibility required to meet a persons’ changing needs over time.
Adaptive Skills Training services are designed to empower neurodiverse children and adults to enhance their independence. This service focuses on equipping individuals with the necessary skills to navigate daily tasks, promote self-sufficiency, and foster greater community integration.
Independent Living Skills (ILS) is designed to provide neurodiverse adults with the tools and resources to live and work independently in their local communities. This service is aimed at adults that are currently living in or will be moving out into their own homes, or want to become more independent while living in the family home.
Self-Determination Program and Waiver-Eligible Services allow individuals (or their parents or legal representatives) the freedom to choose the support services/provider that meet the needs of their person-centered plan.
This mode enables people with epilepsy to use the website safely by eliminating the risk of seizures that result from flashing or blinking animations and risky color combinations.
Visually Impaired Mode

This mode provides different assistive options to help users with cognitive impairments such as Dyslexia, Autism, CVA, and others, to focus on the essential elements of the website more easily.
ADHD Friendly Mode
Reduces distractions and improve focus
This mode helps users with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders to read, browse, and focus on the main website elements more easily while significantly reducing distractions.
Blindness Mode
Allows using the site with your screen-reader
This mode configures the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is software for blind users that is installed on a computer and smartphone, and websites must be compatible with it.
