Celebrating Camille Watkins: A Legacy of Learning

August 25, 2025

After 18 remarkable years of service, we bid a bittersweet farewell to our beloved Training Manager, Camille Watkins, who is retiring at the end of August. Camille’s journey in the Training Department at Jay Nolan Community Services has been nothing short of extraordinary—marked by compassion, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to empowering others.

From her very first day, Camille brought warmth, wisdom, and a deep understanding of our mission. She didn’t just train staff—she nurtured them. Her ability to guide new team members with patience and grace helped shape a culture of learning that reflects the heart of Jay Nolan. Camille was more than a manager; she was a mentor, a cheerleader, and a friend.

Her impact is woven into every training she led, every question she answered, and every person she empowered. Whether it was helping someone find their confidence or ensuring our values were lived out in every interaction, Camille’s influence will continue to ripple through our organization for years to come.

On Friday, August 22nd, our community came together to honor Camille at her retirement party. The room was filled with laughter, tears, heartfelt speeches, and even song as staff from across the organization gathered to celebrate her legacy. Camille was showered with gifts, gratitude, and love—a reflection of the deep respect and admiration she’s earned over nearly two decades.

As she steps into this new chapter, we hope it brings her joy, adventure, and all the things that make her heart smile.

Camille, you’ve earned every moment of rest and celebration. Thank you for everything. You’ll always be part of the Jay Nolan family. 💙

With love and gratitude,
The Jay Nolan Community Services Team
