Our intention and efforts over the next five to seven years are to expand in both service lines and geographic areas, including in Kern County and the Monterey Peninsula. We made it our mission to build infrastructure around these efforts so that we can provide services that are customized to each personās needs: in their language and with the utmost respect to their culture. Jay Nolan will continue delivering services that are essential and personalized.

The Circle of Support brings together all the people invested in a person’s life. Those relationships from a strong foundation for providing support that is customized and individualized. This allows the individuals we serve to feel safe, to let new members into the Circle, and to allow new experiences as they move through their life and pursue their path to happiness. The mission of Jay Nolan Community Services, Inc. (JNCS) is to enable individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities to live fulfilling lives as members of the community by providing support services customized to their individual needs.
Working at JNCS requires unwavering dedication, stamina, and hard workā both physical and mental. While it is a challenging, it also offers profound rewards for those who look past its demands and approach the job with compassion. Jay Nolan has been supporting children and adults with autism, as well as other disabilities, since 1975.
The leadership team at Jay Nolan Community ServicesĀ strives to assure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive the right kinds of supports and assistance so that they can pursue their hopes and dreams and live to their full potential within the community.
