Jay Nolan Community Services (JNCS) expands employment service options in partnership with the California State Council. These new programs are designed to engage in a process to develop an individualized career path that will assist individuals on the road to personal and economic independence. This new partnership is geared to deliver a personalized employment service for every person, opposed to a generalized one size fits all program.
The enhancement to these newly Customized Employment Services is multifaceted and caters to each individualās needs. Jay Nolan Community Service now offers assistance to people who want access to resources as needed to achieve career goals. For people looking to start a new business, JNCS offers customized job development including small business and resource ownership. For people looking to find a job, there is newly formed employment supports and job coaching programs, self employment supports, and assistance with accessing continuing education and certification programs. Other new programs involve benefits planning and management, which now encompasses financial literacy training and support.
Jay Nolan Community Services Employment team implements Customized Employment strategies to support people by engaging in the development and the creation of a career path, development of the income earning opportunities as well as offers support of each of those goals.
