Jay Nolan has been a pioneer in Person-centered planning and support for individuals with Autism and other Intellectual and Development Disabilities.  The foundation of our success is supporting people with the Circle of Support model. The Circle of Support brings together all the people invested in a person’s life. Those relationships create an environment where people can grow and flourish with support that is customized and individualized. This allows the individuals we serve to feel safe and empowered to seek new experiences as they move through their life and pursue their path to happiness. The Circle evolves with the needs of the individual. It opens up opportunities for the individual to explore new and exciting things, things they may not have explored before.

You too are a part of the Circle of Support with your donations and contributions to our mission.  By extension, you are walking side-by-side, with the people we support in their pursuit of happiness.  By supporting Jay Nolan Community Services, you are helping make the mission real in the lives of people every day.

For forty-seven years, Jay Nolan has invested in the power of the Circle of Support, with the individual at its center.  We believe that it is in the power of relationships that a community embraces all its members.  And in such a community of diversity and inclusion, all members have the opportunity to chart their own life’s path.
